Melissa spoke about the three areas of focus that Prosper Coffs Trust is setup to support and develop.

  • Environmental Trust
  • Cultural Trust
  • Futures Trust

Officially launched in September 2019, Melissa manages the Trust under the auspices of a volunteer Board.
Prosper Coffs is a Not-For-Profit Trust that has Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) status for all three areas of focus.

Through the recent bushfire and now flood disasters that have impacted our region, a number of wildlife rescue activities have been setup including watering stations for koalas and other wildlife that have lost habitat. Additionally, there are food donation stations setup in Council customer service and the C.ex to give to animals without adequate food sources.

The Cultural Trust has provided a Youth Scholarship to a local student to support her dance studies.

The trust relies upon donations from the community and DGR status means all are tax deductible.
