Why join Daybreak?
Formed in 1991, the Rotary Club of Coffs Harbour Daybreak was one of the first clubs in Australia to admit women. While there are 5 Rotary clubs in the local area, our paradigm-breaking club took pride in appointing a woman as our first Club President!
We continue to enjoy a good gender balance and age range in our club.
Joining our Rotary Club can help you build new friendships and business networks. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with teams to improve the lives of others both within your community, and around the world. Rotary will help you to help others. We think you’ll have fun along the way too.
There are many ways to participate in Rotary. Becoming a member is the best way to be fully included in Rotary’s programs and activities. You can also volunteer on fundraising projects, donate to Rotary programs, become a corporate partner or sponsor, or volunteer for overseas aid work.
Membership in Rotary offers a number of benefits, including:
● Effecting change within the community
● Developing leadership skills
● Gaining an understanding of, and having an impact on international humanitarian issues.
● Developing relationships with community and business leaders
